Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We accept returns on most accessories and lighting within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All products sold by A+R carry the original manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect or structural issue, please contact our support team, and we will facilitate the claim process with the designer.

Can I request fabric samples or finish swatches?

Absolutely. We offer swatches for the majority of our upholstered seating and wood finishes. Contact our concierge team with the name of the product you are interested in to request samples.
