At A+R, we stand behind the design and quality of our curated home collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging and protective shipping box to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
